Who we are looking for
We are looking to appoint a Physiotherapist to provide high standards of physiotherapy to our elite ballet students. The Physiotherapist will be an integral part of the Healthcare and Performance Support Department, led by the Head of Healthcare.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • BSc in Physiotherapy (or equivalent)
  • Membership of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  • Membership of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP)
  • Experience working with dancers, performing artists or sports.
  • Excellent administrative and record keeping skills with ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent team player and communication skills,
  • Adaptable and solution focussed approach.
  • The ability to work in a changing environment and respond flexibly to changing needs and demands.

The role has specific responsibility for delivering evidence-based injury assessment and treatment to 16–19-year-old students enrolled in the Senior School Programme.

Who we are looking for
We are looking to appoint a Registrar to Lead on all registry and enrolment of Senior School Students and be the central point of contact for students and their parents/ guardians on matters relating to their progress. To offer support and guidance on all matters of student administration, including internal ENBS systems and processes, in addition to oversight of the School’s relationships with regulators and professional bodies such as Ofsted, DfE, Student Finance, QAA, and OfS. To implement the Quality Assurance cycle alongside the Head of Studies and work closely with the Executive Director on course modelling.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Knowledge of internal and external regulation and compliance at FE and HE level, and best practice relating to academic administration, student services and data processing.
  • Experience of working with administrative systems and databases, specifically within an admissions role.
  • Experience of working in the education sector and with young people.
  • A proven ability to develop professional relationships with students, their parents, guardians and/or carers and members of the public.
  • Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word and Outlook).
  • Ability to produce work to a consistently high standard, working well under pressure, prioritise workflow independently and show initiative.
  • Tactful and diplomatic in approach and able to deal with confidential matters with complete discretion.

Who we are looking for
We are looking to appoint a Wellbeing and Pastoral Practitioner; this role will provide pastoral support to the student cohort, working closely with and reporting to the Head of Wellbeing and Safeguarding to ensure our students' welfare is at the centre of day-to-day life at the School. The Wellbeing and Pastoral Practitioner will be the Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead, working alongside the Head of Wellbeing and Safeguarding to support our student’s mental wellbeing. This role supports student needs beyond their academic achievements by providing separate and impartial pastoral support and upholding best safeguarding practices at all levels of the organisation.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Good interpersonal skills and experience of working in the education sector and with young people.
  • Experience of handling confidential issues with tact and discretion
  • Experience in dealing with student safeguarding issues.
  • Excellent at developing professional and trusted relationships with young people and families from a range of different backgrounds.
  • Experience of working to support the wellbeing of students.
  • An ability to work as a member of a team, manage workload and assist in problem solving.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Good knowledge of Windows PC systems and Microsoft Office programs

Who we are looking for
We are looking to appoint a Courses and Widening Participation Manager to work closely with the Directors to manage the day-to-day administration and delivery of the Associates, Short Courses and Community programmes and develop the reach and influence of programmes further in line with the Schools Strategic and Artistic Vision. The Courses and Widening Participation Manager will play a key role in developing community programmes rooted in the principles of ballet, which expand reach and inspire a love of dance.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Experience of working with children and young people in a creative capacity
  • Experience of programming courses and community classes
  • Experience of working in the Charitable Sector or Education Sector
  • Knowledge or experience of Dance as a discipline.
  • Experience of budget management and meeting financial targets
  • Previous experience of working with administrative systems
  • Leadership experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent administrative and record keeping ability.
  • The ability and willingness to solve problems alone or as part of a team.
